One of the great things about being a Roscoe Properties employee is going on the annual Roscoe Bus Tour. Each year, our office and corporate staff get together and travel to almost all of the communities in our portfolio.
It’s a terrific event where managers get to show off their beautiful communities, leasing staff increase their referral knowledge, and we brainstorm as a company on how improve our residents’ experiences.
We next moved north to check out our communities in Round Rock and Pflugerville. Bowman’s Walk Apartments has just finished their office renovations – wow! With new possibilities opening up for Roscoe Properties in this area, we can’t wait to see what’s next!
We then visited our communities in South Austin: Saddle Creek, Terrain, and The Enclave. Saddle Creek’s office includes a terrific resident computing area, game room, and a stunning pool – all stellar amenities for their residents.
All the staff loved visiting and comparing Terrain and Enclave, as Terrain has just started their renovation progress and Enclave has now finished their major community improvements.
It really gave the managers a sense for the transformation they can expect at Terrain.
We then moved on to our more central communties: The Arrangement, The Establishment, South Congress Commons and Townhollow. All of these communities are about to recieve the benefits of the growth and construction on the South Lamar corridor – we cannot wait to see this neighborhood next year!
We ended the day with a stop at one of our newest management homes: Timbercreek Apartments.
With stunning downtown views, amazing floorplans, and an enthusiastic staff, we know that Timbercreek is going to be a knockout on the tour next year.
With approximately 3,000 apartment homes and around 60 site staff & corporate employees, Roscoe Properties definitely has the perfect home for Austin (and San Antonio!) residents, and the experienced staff to help them find their match.
We’re continually impressed with the quality of our apartment homes and our staff – what a great group!
