… committed to our company’s ambitious goals too.  We intend to have fully paperless offices by January 2014, with all lease and notice documents saved online in our cloud-based software Yardi.  We aim to provide all our residents with downloadable maintenance request apps within the year, and we will grow our communities’ already strong social media presences. Finally, we plan to continue leading the industry in online rental payment rates.

…a member of professional organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Austin Apartment Association (AAA).   We encourage all employees to explore joining these organizations.  Additionally, after 12 months, Roscoe Properties will financially help you to achieve professional certifications through these organizations such as your CAM, ARM, NALP, CPM®.
