B/K Multifamily’s property management subsidiary, B/K Multifamily Services (fka LBK Management), will be integrated into and grown by Roscoe Property Management.

Since 1998, B/K Multifamily Service has managed over 40,000 units from coast-to-coast, ranging from core multifamily assets to affordable housing. The property management arm of B/K Multifamily has developed an impressive track record with well-known institutional investors, funds, and family offices.
