COVID-19 Preparedness: Immediate Steps for all RPM Team Members

As we face the ongoing spread of COVID-19, our first priority continues to be keeping our employees, residents, and communities safe and in good operation. To assist our onsite teams with their ongoing operations and communication with residents, we have prepared and distributed a document entitled “RPM Immediate Steps for All Employees,” detailing steps to take right now, providing resident communication tools, and providing steps to take in the event that a resident or staff member are directed by medical staff to quarantine or self-isolate.

Utilizing our Resident communication tools in RENTCafé and ActiveBuilding we have been able to send out mass communications to all Residents on an ongoing basis to help keep them informed of our COVID response.

We made the difficult decision to shut down all non-essential interior amenity and gathering spaces and halt resident and prospect gatherings, however we will strive to maintain our regular business operations while closed to the public until further notice.
